“Over & Beyond” by Yvette Moore
From one of the highest points in the rolling hills of Southern Saskatchewan, the view continued on for miles over and beyond the hamlet of Claybank and its picturesque St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church. The renowned Claybank Brick Plant, which is located 1 km east of the hamlet, was designated a National Heritage Site in 1994.

“Winter Peace” by Yvette Moore

“The Last Light” by Yvette Moore
“The Last Light” marks the time of the day when the day’s brightness is disappearing as the sun sets in the west. Within minutes, the remaining sun will disappear over the horizon and as Kristen Butler quotes “sunsets are proof that no matter what happens, every day can end beautifully.” We are so blessed that in Saskatchewan we see the wonder of sunsets often.

“A New Day” by Yvette Moore
A New Day… welcomed by an old friend.
Since 1984, Moose Jaw’s faithful guardian—Mac the Moose—has stoically stood at attention. An emblem of a city, and a legend in his own right, Mac the Moose stood at 9.8 metres tall (after his new set of antlers in 2019 mac now stands at 10.36 metres tall) and weighs in at 10 tons and was the largest Moose in North America. Following an amicable and worldwide media event, a good-natured battle with Norway resulted in Mac regaining his title as World’s Largest Moose.
Rise and shine Moose Jaw.
A new day. A new dawn. A new beginning.

“The West Corner” by Yvette Moore
This barbed wire fence corner post was always used as a point of direction when looking for the farm. For years it was called “The West Corner” and it really was critical to have a good sense of direction or it was easy to get lost as for most it was just a corner.
