A New Day… welcomed by an old friend.

Since 1984, Moose Jaw’s faithful guardian—Mac the Moose—has stoically stood at attention.  An emblem of a city, and a legend in his own right, Mac the Moose stood at 9.8 metres tall (after his new set of antlers in 2019 mac now stands at 10.36 metres tall) and weighs in at 10 tons and was the largest Moose in North America.  Following an amicable and worldwide media event, a good-natured battle with Norway resulted in Mac regaining his title as World’s Largest Moose.

Rise and shine Moose Jaw.
