Small Town Solitude
Ceylon, Saskatchewan became one of Yvette’s favourite small town subjects for many of her paintings. The picturesque setting of the rail tracks leading up to the grain elevators with a field of swathed grain on one side and a pasture on the other with the buildings housing the businesses, churches and homes was in harmony for a perfect autumn day.
