Canola Fields forever I
Anyone driving through the Canadian prairies in the summertime will probably see patches of the most vibrant, saturated yellow they have ever laid eyes on here and there across the landscape. These fields of pure yellow wonder are fields of canola, a Canadian agricultural innovation of the 1970s.
Combined with the beauty of the ever-changing living skies of the prairies and a few granary bins, these yellow fields of canola have become a vision of joy and delight.
