A GLOWING MEMORY

In this painting, “A Glowing Memory”, the back roads from Thompson’s farm led to the highway that ran along the elevators on the edge of Railway Avenue in Radville, Saskatchewan.

The rays of sunlight pushed through the cloud cover forming rays of lights highlighting the scene.  Today, this view is but a memory as none of the elevators remain standing – a scene common to many small rural towns throughout the prairies.
