Designed by Van Egmond and Story, this former Land Titles Office operated by the Provincial Government until 1997, was purchased by Yvette to house the works of her own as well as other quality Saskatchewan artisans. Yvette and her family completed all of the restorations and renovations maintaining all of the original furnishings and details including the solid copper doorways and archways.
